Due to the rapid expansion in our FM business we're seeking to recruit at Associate level in our London office to develop and deliver the clients FM strategic consultancy business in London.
Lead a team of London based FM consultants.
Lead delivery of facilities management consultancy assignments
Lead responsibility for business development
Responsibility for achieving financial targets
Have strong FM, market and sector knowledge and be able to impart knowledge and experience with authority and respect.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong client relationships and identify additional consultancy
opportunities with potential and existing clients
Be part of the wider management team in FM South
Manage and deliver commissions in the surrounding area as required
The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of key clients in London area and will be expected to develop strong relationships with other Associate and Directors in other offices.
The ability to network and form relationships both internally and externally is essential
Candidates should ideally be educated to degree level, have previously worked in the FM industry in a management capacity and have previous consultancy experience. Ideally should be currently working in a senior consultancy position and can demonstrate a track record of growing and developing a FM consultancy business.
