This Consultancy has extensive experience in the planning, engineering design, construction and management of building services engineering projects.
The appropriateness of each solution is key to the successful outcome of most projects.
Whether dealing with a new building, an industrial application, retro-fitting, an existing building, investigating a services problem or surveying and reporting on services condition and life expectancy; this consultancy can provide engineers who are specifically experienced in these fields.
Environmental protection and efficient use of natural resources are high on the design agenda. The contribution from building services engineers applies not only to the selection of materials but also to the recurrent use of energy during the operation of the facility. Through collaboration with specialist architects and services engineers, the consultancy have a keen awareness of the issues and we contribute to the design options at an early stage to ensure their consideration and incorporation.
We can carry out various roles or duties including feasibility reports, condition surveys, due diligence/technical adviser, BREEAM assessments and sustainability audits
Required to work on a variety of projects across the building services sector,
Ideal candidate should have 5/7 years experience
