MISSION SUMMARY
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue/account closure and share objectives in named accounts together with Enterprise Account Manager - Closing new opportunities on the phone + setting up meetings for EAM - Drive customer satisfaction with existing Named Accounts - Named Account lead follow up - Gain access to the account planning process and decision makers within named accounts - Development for EAM's in unassigned named accounts - Responsible for driving named account project detection - Responsible for lead management process - ELM Maintenance within named accounts - Outbound calling to named accounts - To assist in named account organisational planning - Support Account Managers in running activities - Answer incoming "Sales Related" calls and proactively qualify sales opportunities - Offer sales support to existing Named Accounts - Closing new opportunities on the phone - Actively participate in account team meetings and develop "Surround the Customer" strategies with all key team members that can influence the success of closure of identified projects within Named Accounts
Salary £30,000 - £40,000 Plus Full Package & Benifits
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT/Technical • 2-4 years previous experience in a similar role • Strong selling and relationship management skills by phone • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both within APC and with customers • Technical background, ability to learn, understand and present APC product range in full (all product ranges) • Ability to work proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment
