An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Electrical) with a Facilities Management company. The role will involve providing professional and efficient service for estimating, valuations and submissions to meet client requirements. Previous experience within a similar Quantity Surveying/Estimating (Electrical) role is essential, combined with HNC (or equivalent) in a Building Service discipline, knowledge of commercial systems and their implementation, competent IT skills, valid full driving licence and previous FM experience. |
