Position: Project Manager - London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a BMS specialist division within a large prestigious Contractor. Due to expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to cover sites around the London and South East area.
You will be responsible for the safe timely delivery of controls engineering projects adhering to the high standards of quality, health, security and safety.
Responsibilities:
·Understanding project design issues
·Provide input to the specification of control panels
·Produce the content for O and M manuals
·Oversee the production of the commissioning file
Knowledge:
·Commercial and Legislative law
·Financial Management
·Project Planning
·Site Management
Experience:
·Educated to Degree level or equivalent
·Experience of Project Management in t5he construction environment
·Servicing, fault diagnosis and repair knowledge of HVAC systems and their controls
·Building Management Systems preferred
