Duties:
PPM and Reactive Maintenance of entire hospital
Call out duties every one in 6 weeks
Health and Safety of site
Maintaining a professional service to the estates and facilities department and the rest of the hospital.
Role will start on a temporary basis, once probation period is complete candidate will be taken on a permanent basis to enjoy full benefits of parent company.

City & Guilds Electrical Installations parts 1 & 2
16th/17th Edition IEE wiring Regulations
3 years maintenance experience
A professional and smart appearance
Customer service experience
Team worker, willing to muck in to get the job done
