Working in a prestigious banking environment in the Docklands that houses 2000 people. Will be working days ont he following shift patterns.
7.30 - 15.30
8.00 - 17.00
8.00 - 18.00
Paying £28k p/a plus usual Benefits.
11 floor building with no plant. Will be working on small electrical appliances, A/C units, BMS - Johnson Controls. 4x Engineer team consisting of Manager, Lead Electrical, Electrician and a Handyperson.
Need to have good communication skills as working in a corporate environment and will be client facing. Need to have Electrical qualifications and a proven track record in the maintenance sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (Equivalent)
- 16th/ 17th Edition
- Apprenticeship indentured pref. not essential
- Proven track record in the maintenance sector
