An Electrical Building Services Technician (Mobile) position has become available to provide holiday and sickness cover for a team of Engineers, working for a Facilities Management company at various commercial outlets. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance on all associated equipment and plant, maintain up to date records of work carried out on the plant and equipment within the site manuals and complete site log books, comply with ‘permit to work’ systems and risk assessments and ensure all electrical installation work is verified using NICEIC Certification. Due to the specifics of this role, the post holder will be qualified to C&G Electrical Installation 2360 Parts 1 & 2, C&G 2391 or 2400 and 16th Edition 2380 wiring regulations level. The post holder will also have experience of Building Services plant maintenance and repairs, working at Heights, good diagnostic skills and relevant safety knowledge. Experience of ‘Permit to Work’ systems and First Aid trained is desirable. |
