PART-TIME SITE SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR LONG-TERM TEMPORARY ROLE IN WEST LONDON.

Our client requires a part-time Site Secretary to work on a long-term temporary basis on a project in Hayes, Middlesex (close to M4, Junction 3). Ideally you will be an experienced administrator with a good range of skills.

Duties will include:
- Use of computers and telephones, including site switchboard.
- Typing of documents as required (using MS Word, Excel, etc).
- Dealing with filing, photocopying, mail, etc.
- Maintaining site diary and paperwork.
- Meeting & greeting visitors.
- Document control, including scanning & printing.
- Arranging meetings, including arrangements for refreshments, accommodation, etc.
- Liaising with IT/telecom providers to resolve faults.
- General administration tasks.

The role will be office-based working on site for a construction company. Experience of working in a construction or engineering environment would be useful but not essential.

This role will be a long-term temporary position, probably lasting up to 2-3 years. The job is due to start in August/September 2008. Exact working hours are negotiable to suit personal circumstances, but you would probably be expected to work about 20-25 hours per week.
