Reports Analyst (?25,000 to ?30,000) plus benefits

Role:
Responsible for the production and critical review of business performance reports and visualisation data.
Responsible for the collection of data for analysis and incorporation into reports.
To Manage the development of reporting formats, measures, key performance indicators and reporting IT systems.
Manage the visualisation process for the updating of agreed measures.

Duties:
Prepare and produce reports, statistics, presentations and other information for business users.
Produce reports and data to populate the visualisation boards.
Ensure the accuracy and validity of data and information used for reporting.
Advise on the development of new reporting formats, measures, key performance indicators and reporting systems.
Contribute to the development of IT systems and databases for storage of data and production of reporting information.
Administration of Reporting IT systems including liaison with the IT vendors to maintain and modify the systems and resolve problems.
Training of staff to use IT reporting systems.
Liaise with information providers to ensure the efficient and timely flow of information for periodic reporting.
Carry out administrative tasks relating to business report production; for example: electronic collation and presentation of information; error-checking; formatting of electronic files; printing, photocopying and binding.
Manage the requirements to make reports available electronically using Livelink and other systems.
Development and management of the reporting documentation procedure system


Skills:
Expertise of numerate administrative role or qualified in a numerate academic subject.
IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Word & PowerPoint. Able to use Excel to a more advanced standard.
Expertise in using reporting/data storage systems.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Training others in the use of IT reporting systems.
