Ref No CB997: Security Manager

LOCATION:Northampton
Our Client is a UK based Company which specialises in UK and International Holiday Homes.

JOB DESCRIPTION


Main Purpose of Role:

•You will be responsible for managing a team of security staff.
•You will be responsible for ensuring that the security staff are trained and motivated as well as getting involved in any performance issues.
•This role will involve setting up and modifying security procedures.


Essential Qualifications & Job Requirements:
•The ideal candidate will be safety/security focused.
•You will possess a good working knowledge of health and site safety and security procedures.

Relevant Experience:
•You will have had experience in a supervisory or management role.
•The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior position and also ideally an ex-police/military background.

Special Attributes:

•The ideal candidate will be of strong character and not afraid of new challenges.


Salary: £20k – 24k (Salary will be dependant on relevant experience)


Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
