Project / Site Manager

£17 per hour PAYE
Immediate contract for a ‘Project Manager’ to work with our client who is based at Kings Mill Hospital.
The site is currently going through a massive upgrade and a new hospital is being built.
The role will involve liaising with the client (NHS) and coordinating / progressing the works. As the old hospital is vacated, the site services need to isolated before demolition works can begin.
My client also has another project coming up; converting half the workshop into offices. They already have drawings but no works have begun yet. The project would involve taking the site from concept to completion.
Applicants needs to have a sound appreciation of building services within a construction environment.
