Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Representative to maintain and grow their commercial and domestic customers.
Role: •To develop profitable business with new and existing customers across the range of products and services supplied by Serious in line with, or in excess of set targets.
•Maintain good relations with existing clients and develop the corporate profile wherever possible.
• Direct selling to qualified prospects. Identification of potential client’s needs and specifying appropriate Serious products or services to meet those needs.
•Day to day supervision and facilitating for the Sales function, including motivating an effective sales team.
•Customer care and account development with existing clients.
•All duties related to sales planning. Ensuring that the sales plans are properly implemented.
Skills: •A minimum of five years experience in a sales discipline is essential with a minimum of 2 years leading a sales team.
•Must have had exposure to financial accounts and be able to provide the Operations Manager with a detail department overview to the success/failures of the team.
•Strong IT skills – especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of CRM systems
•First class interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and/or make an impact. Well honed skills to persuade, influence and negotiate and also to manage and sustain effective, successful relationships both internally and externally.
