A high specification manufacturer of access control solutions are looking to continue their rapid growth by increasing their sales force. As part of a global company, floated on the US stock exchange, this division has seen huge success since starting their UK operation. The business has a variety of cutting edge products, including biometric entry, and provides the integration equipment and software to ensure complete solutions are provided to customers.
The Role
As Sales Manager you will take responsibility for the South East and East Midlands. The performance of the area will be dependant on the Sales Manager to open doors, consult and ensure an order is placed. A predominantly new business role, the Sales Manager will use tenacity and hard work to become an integral part of the business. The customers require high levels of consultancy to ensure the correct solution is tailored to meet their needs. The Sales Manager will be very autonomous and responsible for all aspects of managing the territory.
The Person
The Sales Manager will be a strong sales person with an enthusiasm for generating new business. The ability to build strong relationships and be able to sell on a features and benefits basis will be intrinsic to the Sales Managers success. The technical and consultative nature of the role requires the candidate to have a background in Electronic or Electrical engineering. Knowledge of Access Control or Security would be an added string to the bow.
