Due to our continued success and plans for future growth my client now has an opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyors. This market leader in the commercial sector specialises in retail, education, social housing and fit-out.
Working from there central Midlands office and covering sites in all over the West and East Midlands, the successful applicant will have full financial control of projects valued up to £10million and will be an integral part of there delivery teams.
Duties will include amongst other things subcontract procurement, cost value reconciliations and external valuations.
