The successful candidate must have good business development and management skills and be capable of further developing mainstream quantity surveying in the local geographical area and be capable of work generation.
You will be working as part of a QS ing team, with a Project Management team behind you, however you will be expected to work on your own as a stand alone Surveyor, capable of running a project from conception through to completion.
Candidates should have several years’ professional practice commercial experience hopefully gained across various sectors, including Offices, Retail, Residential, Education and Health.
