PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Project Manager will develop processes for the day-to-day site administration of the multi-tenanted Charnwood Health Centre, currently under construction. The Centre Manager will also be responsible for the site management of this building.
The processes will relate to the operational needs of the Health Centre with particular reference to facilities management. The Centre Manager will implement policies and procedures to ensure that the building is maintained to a high standard, addressing site issues in a timely manner to facilitate the delivery of a quality service to both clients and tenants.
The project manager will also look after the areas of
Health and Safety
· Contract and Account Monitoring
· Site Staff & Management
· Care Taking Services
· Security
· General Management
The Most Challenging part of the job is the liaison of the different departments
- Liaison with facilities and Estates to ensure that problem solving for buildings takes place.
- Managing Health Centre receptions, team building with tenants.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures surrounding building management.
- Working with a variety of stakeholders. |
