Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (Permanent)
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Maintenance crucially with a Mechanical Bias. Your role as the Maintenance Supervisor will be to manage the team & carry out PPM and reactive repairs on all associated equipment, supervise Sub Contractors to ensure compliance with current legislation, manage Emergency Call outs, ensure suitable and sufficient materials are available to carry out tasks, attend Management meetings, you will report directly into the contracts manager based on site.
Technical knowledge required:-
• Knowledge of Boiler and Pressure Systems (LTHW & HTHW)
• Heating, Ventilation & air conditioning
• L8 Water Treatment
• Compressed Air Systems
• Water Regulations
• Distribution and storage of Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants
• City & Guilds Mechanical engineering / Or Equivalent
• A Proven Track Record in Building Maintenance
• Multi-Skilled
• Good Supervisory & Leadership Skills
• Driving License
All successful candidate must be able to pass a full Security Clearance / MOD check to work on site
