The Role:
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, your role will require you to work on up to 3 projects at any one time. You will be one of 6 mechanically biased individuals with the same split on the electrical side the business. You will be working in a number of sectors including: schools, colleges, universities, accommodation and also warehouses.
The Candidate:
The Mechanical Contracts Manager will have a good knowledge of Mechanical Building Services with a good track record for success. Someone who has worked in any of the mentioned sectors would be ideal and someone who shares the desire to progress and grow would culturally fit.
The Package:
£30-40K, 25 days Holiday, BUPA, Pension, Company Car, Profit share scheme.
