Installation Manager needed for steam turbine design department

Your Role is:
The Retrofit Installation Management group aims to provide the methodologies, expertise and resources to enable Steam Turbines retrofit to become a world leader in installation management of Steam Turbines retrofits (TSR) and industrial new equipment applications.
The aim is to develop the competitive advantage in this particular field, in order that TSR is recognised by our customers as the world leaders in rapid installation.
The Installation Environmental, Health and Safety Manager (full title) position is responsible for providing specialist support and expertise in support of tendering and execution of the site installation part of a retrofit project. The EHS Manager is further responsible for facilitating the site manager can implement all applicable EHS laws and regulations and fulfils our clients EHS regulations.
Main Tasks Include:
Site management are fully aware of their legal and regulatory EHS requirements and will provide the necessary assistance for the implementation of these requirements, including the fulfilment of Alstom’s EHS policy Support is provided for both tender and execution phase of the site installation part of retrofit projects, ensuring that risks and impacts from all process, plant or equipment, products, services, or any activities on customer’s site are assesses and controlled The department works closely with Alstom’s EHS Network to promulgate and continuously improve EHS programmes Support is provided to the generic installation department, specific customer contract and supplier development activities by providing EHS audits and audit support, including regular assessing operations, management systems and procedures and by establishing measurement systems to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws and regulations, by considering EHS impact in any change to existing practice
Management reporting requirements are met on progress, incidents and accidents as well as to fulfil EHS objectives
our clients EHS policy is effectively communicated within the Construction management community and ensuring understanding, implementation and maintenance
Developing and maintaining the necessary documentation formats, procedures and reports to support an integrated EHS operation

Salary Details depending on experience and ability
Hours of Work 37 hours per week.(flexi-time)
Holiday Entitlement 25 days per year basic entitlement. Floating bank holidays – agreed annually. Holiday pro-rata during 1st year of employment.
