Role Title: Construction Customer Liaison Officer Location: Norfolk Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Our Client is a leading construction company in market sectors of housing, education, health, defence, airports, commercial and interiors, culture and heritage.
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Customer Services Officer. The jobholder will be required to liaise with tenants, residents and customers in order to schedule work or to plan scheduled work into a work plan. The jobholder will work closely with the Customer Care Works Manager, they will be methodical in their approach with the ability to plan, prioritise, make decision and remain calm under pressure, seeking guidance where necessary.
Key Responsibilities • Liaise with tenants/residents/customers in order to schedule work • Co-ordinate a registry of complaints • Ensure all complaints are completed in a timely manner • Co-ordinate the commencement of work • Monitor customer satisfaction (optional)
Knowledge, skills and experience • CSCS Card preferable and/or willing to work towards achieving • PC literate, with good knowledge of MS Word and Excel • Good communication skills • Excellent organisational skills • Good problem solving skills • Ideal candidates will have a customer services background working at this level from a construction background
