Our client is seeking a transport specialist to strengthen their East Midlands transport planning capability.
Reporting to a Technical Director and working within their transport planning team, you will provide support to their public and private sector client base in the East Midlands and assist in the preparation of traffic and transport studies that will contribute to developing future policies and strategies for various clients.
You will be appropriately qualified and will have a highways and traffic background together with experience of manipulating and analysing traffic data. Experience or an understanding of current traffic modelling techniques would be an advantage.
A strong all-round communicator, you will be capable of preparing technical reports to a high standard, you will have good IT skills and you will have the ability to establish good working relationships with team members and clients.
Our client will offer excellent career prospects to a highly motivated individual, a competitive salary, probably in the region of £26 - 42,000 p.a. dependent on the level of appointment and a comprehensive benefits package.
