My client is a local government authority and is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Architectural Technician in the East Midlands.
You will provide architectural and design services including the production of detailed designs and specifications, as well as the management of allocated projects assuming the role of designer and lead officer in relation to clients, contractors and consultants. You will design practical, functional and safe buildings in accordance with current legislationl construction principals and best practice.
With a HNC/HND or BSc (hons) Architectural Technology or equivalents and 10 years experience you will possess a high level of skill on AutoCad and the ability to instil confidence in clients, consultants and contractors.
The production of innovative designs across a diverse portfolio and consistently high standards of contract management, reports and information are also essential.
