My client is a local government authority and is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Architectural Technician in the East Midlands.
You will be responsible for the Design function of Property Design & Maintenance, working with client representatives to establish outline requirements, option appraisals and deliver technical and financial feasibility proposals to include sign off of client brief and instruction of the design team for projects across a diverse portfolio of primarily education and commercial premises.
Having achieved RIBA Part-III and ARB Chartered status you will have the ability to deliver innovation and usability in design, you will be capable of the analysis of client requirements and delivery of projects which surpass expectation. Excellent oral, written and CAD presentational skills are essential to market the business to existing and new clients.
