This is a high profile position within the site administration team. The candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination & delivery of new projects within the portfolio including the organisation & rapid delivery of all associated financial and procurement documentation. Inclusive within this role will be operation of the JDE financial reporting system, scheduling and planning of the variable works projects and regular reporting to both the account manager client facilities manager and providing up to date project status reports. The Purpose: The purpose of this job is to deliver client requested project works in a consistently high quality & efficient manner ensuring that all works are delivered within a structured Health & Safety environment. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Delivering variable works projects in a co-ordinated, efficient & safe manner. - Responsible for the scheduling, planning and conclusion of all project works. - Responsible for Financial control, documentation & H&S aspects of project works. - Liaising with the account manager & client with regular updates on project status as well as providing weekly documented reports. - To support new sub-contract set up procedures & maintain accurate records for each sub-contractor. - Ensure sub-contractor information and records completed correctly within the Integrated Management System (IMS). - Ensuring all work orders are completed according to service level agreements and key performance indicators and tracking follow up work to its completion. - Close liaison with Site Supervisors to ensure projects are controlled safely & efficiently. - Responsible for assisting administration on site accounts & financial queries. - Deputise for Contract Administrator in their absence - Provide regular monthly financial reports to finance manager. The Person: Good all round knowledge of building services operation Experienced in financial control especially invoicing & work order documentation Good working relationship with sub-contractors Exceptional planning and organisational skills Work well as part of a team Flexible Computer literate The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure A good communicator able to deal with all levels of personnel including the client Knowledge of both MS Word & Excel Reports Experience of JDE an advantage
