The Role
Through natural growth a new position is now being created for an Estimator/Costing Engineer.
This role is a critical part of the business and is a golden opportunity for someone to stamp their mark and make an impact on the company, creating effective systems and procedures to continuously support the business whilst enjoying a challenging career. Building and developing the estimating and costing function.
Requirements
To be effective in this role you will have the following experience…
Previous Estimating/Costing experience
Machine shop back ground or similar Engineering career
Good organisor
Ability to manage time and work to deadlines
Excellent communicator
Ability to use own initiative and seek advice and liaise internally
Previous backgrounds
Due to pure shortage of estimators in industry at present applications are welcome from individuals that have undertaken costing or estimating as part of their role and wish to progress either from machine shop, projects, design or general engineering.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis and have fluent English language skills.
