M&E Supervisor required to work for the MOD in Lincolnshire. They will be supervising all mechanical electrical services on the base. Mainly for planned and responsive maintenance programmes but some small install and new build included.
This role will comprise of two functions. The first is surveying / checking of the M&E services eg HVAC, plumbing and heating, gas, pipe work, wiring, lighting and sockets. This is to flag any problems that may be arising. The second part of the role is to check the work carried out by the maintenance contractor to ensure all work has been carried out to plan and spec.
Candidate must be willing to work hands on as well as supervise a small team. Candidate must be mechanical bias and have a good experience in all mechanical services from large plant rooms to plumbing and heating in bathrooms.
