What is the Role?
This is an excellent first opportunity to gain a permanent role undertaking Plain Line Renewals or Switch and Crossing Renewals as a “Tech”.
You must have already worked on site, and have a strong appreciation of site technical duties. Such as;
· Stressing.
· Tamping.
· Laser Dozing and Digging.
· Vertical and Horizontal Alignment.
· Setting out.
You should be computer literate, able to utilise WORD and EXCELL.
You will be working nights and weekends across the midlands.
This is an entry-level Technical Officers position, and it provides a rare opportunity to receive dedicated training and development. However the client will only consider those people who have a genuine, interest desire and understanding of the process involved to become a track engineer.
