CAD Technician (Water) , Leicester. My client is looking for an experienced CAD Technician to work in their Leicester Design team.
Familiarity with CAD and annotation of drawings with detail descriptions and notes is essential. You will also have good written and spoken communication.
Ideally you will have a BTech National Diploma in construction you will have an understanding of construction practicalities and detail standards together with 4 years in water industry capital works drawing production. You will be a self motivated team player and posess the ability to manage your time and multiple tasks efficiently.
Answering to the Team Leader and Project Engineer you will prepare drawings and develop details of design from engineers sketches, as well as carrying out general administration and issuing of drawings.
Alternative combinations of experience and qualifications and experience will be considered.
