M&E Maintenance manager required to work on a static site based in Northampton.
Must have a good understanding of all mechanical and electrical services on commercial building. Eg Lighting, wiring, sockets, plumbing, pipe work and HVAC
Will be required to manage a small maintenance team on site and work hands on with then when required. Candidate must be from a maintenance background and have experience in management.
The main duties of this role is to supervise works done by the maintenance contractor. Be responsible for the reactive on site calls and generally deal with any maintenance needs that may arise on this multi building site.
Hours are 37 per week. With one week in 6 on call. The client is looking to start someone asap on a freelance basis moving them on to a permanent contract after 6-8 wks providing both parties are happy.
