Small Local Authority require the services of a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer for HVAC projects.
Working closely with the M&E Team and reporting direct to the Estates Manager, you will be asked to run small to medium sized refurbishment projects for schools, public buildings and sports facilities.
To be considered for this interesting role you must be a qualified Engineer, with previous experience working in Education and a general public sector portfolio of work.
It would be advantageous to have access to a suitable vehicle during working hours in order to visit sites and complete pre and post tender surveys.
