Senior Quantity Surveyor x 2
Our clients Cambridge office is looking for two Senior to Executive level Quantity Surveyors to help to grow the small and vibrant team.
With projects in the commercial, education, residential and heritage sectors and project values from £500,000 to £50 million the team is looking to expand and requires talented, ambitious surveyors to join the team.
Experience Needed
ideally you will be chartered MRICS and have between one and 15 years post qualification experience.
Strong client and presentation skills are required, along with excellent communication skills generally.
Also required is very strong technical ability and pre contract experience, with knowledge of different sectors and procurement routes.
