Quantity Surveyor required for a national residential developer. The company are on a recruitment drive for the new year and are looking for a number of QS's across their various offices.
The comapny is currently restructuring slightly and it is anticipated that instead of being responsible for 3 sites from the head office you will be based on site. Therefore as well as being a competent Housing QS you will also be taking on some duties of dealing with the final occupant as well as liasing with sub contractors and planners.
Ideally you will have 2 or 3 years plus experience within the residential market and have a proven track record of being a stand alone QS.
The company are looking for QS's in a number of their offices. In addition to the salary they also offer a car/car allowance, pension, insurance, private health care, bonus and very clearly defined career prospects. In addition should you so wish there is the prospect of relocating. |
