They have a requirement for a Production Team Leader to manage and maintain work activities to meet manufacturing unit objectives.
You will:
Manage operational activities whilst maintaining a healthy and safe working environment Implement and maintain quality systems Manage the performance of team members Control the allocation of resources. This role requires: Expert knowledge on quality, product and SAP shop floor systems A high level of product and manufacturing knowledge The ability to analyse information and data and present concepts to others Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop the team Applicants should have A level standard in English and Maths, as well as a certificate level management qualification and excellent planning skills.
