We are currently looking for an experienced BUYER for PROJECTS to join the team of a very successful Oil & Gas company based in Great Yarmouth.
The role will involve procurement, planning, expediting and delivery of supply chain support to all company projects. The co-ordination and participation in all activities associated with procurement, materials management, marine and aviation logistics, warehousing and shore base operations.
The role is expected to reflect a combination of co-ordination, and hands on activities and to support safe and efficient operations. This position will be based in Great Yarmouth but will require visits to Aberdeen
An understanding of best practice procurement methods and excellent sourcing and negotiation abilities will make you a valuable member of this successful team.
You will also demonstrate initiative, flexibility and a positive approach required to fulfill the challenging role.
