Senior Development Control Planner is required to join a Local Authority in Cambridge on a contract basis. You will have at least 3 years development control experience, having previously dealt with major planning applications such as large scale residential and commercial schemes. Other duties will consist of you undertaking site visits, attending committee meetings and providing assistance and support to the development control team. You will be a team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
Must have a degree in planning or equivalent, RTPI status or eligibility is essential, and you must hold a valid driving licence. |
