MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER / CAMBRIDGE / £25K-£35K + BONUS & PACKAGE
* Our international client is a leader within their industry. They now seek an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to design prototypes & test for new product development
* You will develop a thorough understanding of why & how the design works
* Also work with project management to ensure mechanical parts are delivered on time & to budget
To apply for this exciting position you must have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equiv
- Exp on products of similar complexity e.g precision electro-mechanical, high reliability & industrial environments
- Proven understanding of fundamental manufacturing principles
- Appreciation of high volume manufacturing
- CAD modelling including tolerance stack-up analysis
- Solid understanding of capability studies for designs, jigs & fixtures |
