Service Technician – Electronics background/skills – based Norfolk, Cambridgeshire or Suffolk area to cover East Anglia – salary package = basic £ 20K plus overtime, plus £2K service bonus plus leads payments and contract sales payments and benefits
We are looking for a Service Technician to take responsibility for the installation, service and breakdown repair service of a range of industrial scales and laboratory balances.
Candidates for the position of Service Engineer should have a minimum of HND in Electronics (or equivalent) and excellent IT skills.
Previous experience with industrial scales and/or laboratory balances would be of benefits. Enthusiasm, self-motivation and possess good interpersonal skills are essential
Reporting to the Regional Service Manager the Electronic Service Technician would be expected to effectively and efficiently complete all service activities for a range of industrial scales and laboratory balances to satisfy customers and enhance the company’s service profitability.
Day to day duties for the Service Engineer (Electronics) would be:-
• Routine Service and calibration activities
• Complete planned equipment installations.
• Rectification of breakdowns
• Working ‘with’ the customer to enhance the company/customer relationship
• Ensuring all requirements under Health & Safety legislation, customer specific site regulations and required quality systems are adhered to.
• Support other areas/departments within the company
All candidates should live within the Norfolk, Cambridgeshire or Suffolk area and possess a full, clean driving licence.
