A first class opportunity has arisen for Transmission Development Engineers to join an independent engine and powertrain systems research, design and development company providing complete concept-to-production support to the transportation industry, commercial engine manufacturers and the emerging fuel-cell industry across the globe.
This is a company that designs, prototypes and develops advanced gasoline-, diesel- and alternative-fueled engines, as well as advanced vehicle powertrain concepts, electronic control systems and hybrid-electric vehicles.
As a Transmissions Development Engineer, Diesel Engines you will be responsible for the design integration of transmissions and components into vehicles. You will also test power-train components and develop shift, clutch control and diagnostic strategies for modern manual, automatic and hybrid transmissions systems with a focus on comfort, dynamics and efficiency.
You will have some experience in a similar role.
The positions in Germany will be located Aachen, Stuttgart or Munich and you should have some knowledge of the German language.
