A first class opportunity has arisen for Test Engineers to join an independent engine and powertrain systems research, design and development company providing complete concept-to-production support to the transportation industry, commercial engine manufacturers and the emerging fuel-cell industry across the globe.
This is a company that designs, prototypes and develops advanced gasoline-, diesel- and alternative-fueled engines, as well as advanced vehicle powertrain concepts, electronic control systems and hybrid-electric vehicles.
As a Test Engineer, you will form and define innovative combustion processes and exhaust gas aftertreatment systems which reach optimum torque, power, consumption and emissions. Your work will include boosting and downsizing concepts for passenger cars, light and heavy duty commercial vehicles, motor sports, direct injection, valve timing, alternative combustion processes, fuels and modern exhaust gas aftertreatment.
You will have a sound knowledge of thermodynamics and/or chemistry and some experience in a similar role.
The positions in Germany will be located Aachen, Stuttgart or Munich and you should have some knowledge of the German language.
