Making a CV simple and efficient may ensure that a quick glance from potential bosses results in their attention being grabbed.
And a CV should be tailored to fit what each employer wants - advice which you may not have known about if you have just graduated from university.
Following up an interview with a polite telephone call or email can make sure the company knows you are interested, the newspaper continues.
Meanwhile, Norwich Union recently advised that those workers who have to carry out a lot of manual handling should be aware of the injuries that could result - such as back pain and joint industry - if this is not done properly.
