The Allegis group, a global leading provider of workforce management solutions is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Managed Service Division (MSP) for resourcing and staffing solutions.
Due to the expansion of its North American business across Europe an exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Account Manager.
Within this vendor neutral MSP service offering, the Senior Account Manager would be responsible for all operational activities within multiple clients across Europe. This includes responsibility for delivery on client's expectations, Service Level Attainment, Supply Base Management and Internal Operational Performance Management. The successful Senior Account Manager will work closely with 3rd party suppliers, recruitment consultancies and system integrators, to deliver on all recruitment activity.
The ideal Senior Account Manager would have experience in a workforce management environment, E.g. RPO, on site delivery, managed service solutions, neutral vendor or VMS solutions and a wide exposure to various industries. The successful Senior Account Manager would have excellent presentation, communications, leadership and management experience.
This role is based in Berkshire, however you need to be flexible to travel to Europe and languages would be beneficial.
