Position: Project Manager – MoD project - Wiltshire
Package: £45-50k with car or allowance and benefits
Company: Regional Construction Company operating across the South and South West, within the public and private sectors upon a variety of projects, with repeat and negotiated schemes ranging in value from £1m to £20m across most industry sectors.
Role: Project Manager to mange a £7m Mod refurbishment project in Wiltshire.
Your responsibilities will include complete project management, you will lead and motivate the project team & supply chain to deliver the project within programme and budget. You will manage quality and health & safety, liaise with the client consultants and design team to minimise potential future construction issues and ensure the construction process is organised, structured and methodical.
Requirements: Experience required upon MoD projects of £5m plus, you must have a proven track record of successfully managing Defence sector refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will need to have Client and Design team management experience, Good health & safety awareness, accurate planning & programming skills and effective managerial and supervisory skills. You must also have had steady career progression and significant periods of time with main contractors. Preference for applicants with security clearance.
