Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Technician, Automotive/ Aerospace, Surrey
Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Technician required to work in a Automotive/ Aerospace manufacturing environment in Surrey. The Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for quality assurance using PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) using TS16949 or ISO quality methods, exposure to quality improvement methodologies such as 6 Sigma or 8D would also be beneficial.
Other responsibilities include:
- Exposure to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Understanding of 1st tier Automotive and Aerospace customers.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing.
- Work with sub contractors to facilitate problem solving.
The Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Technician will have excellent communication skills and have worked in a similar environment.
