Business Manager Rail – Due to continuous growth in the Rain Industry our client is looking to appoint a Business Manager for their successful Rail Business. Our client is an established technical consultancy working on state of the art projects throughout the UK. Now an exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated individual to lead and support the growth of the company.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a great knowledge of the rail industry who can help develop the business further promoting the company’s expertise to the rail industry. You will also have a great commercial awareness and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
§ Aligning the company’s key skills to the rail industry
§ Managing Projects
§ Interpreting clients technical requirements
§ Preparing proposals for projects
§ Having technical leadership on projects
§ Developing marketing campaign
§ Developing client relationships
§ Understanding of safety management, RAMs, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines
§ Commercial awareness with the ability to make commercial decisions to meet the aspirations of the clients and the business
