Position: PROJECT MANAGER - Bristol
Package: £50-60k with car allowance and full benefits package.
Company: Leading Construction company with a good portfolio of new business, long term clients and negotiated projects, working upon quality construction schemes for well known clients and end users.
Role: Project Manager required to manage a large new project in the Bristol area.
Your responsibilities will include complete project control, quality, Health & Safety, reporting, management of the design team, supply chain and client, you will be focused upon completion of the project within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that procedures are adhered to, you will liaise with all parties to ensure the project runs smoothly in a safe manner.
Package: In return for your hard work and commitment, our client can offer an excellent package including a negotiable basic salary of circa £50 -60k and full benefits package.
Requirements: Applicants must have long periods of permanent employment with main contractors in the UK; a proven track record of successfully delivering projects ranging in value to £25m with full project responsibility. You must have recently completed projects in the £20-30m range. You must be well versed in dealing with clients and design teams, as well as managing the project. You must reside within daily commute of Bristol.
Consultancy, Housing, Development, Civils or Overseas experience will not be considered
